Responsibilities:
-Warm calls for existing customers who ordered the company’s products to make additional upsells/cross-sells;
-Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits;
-Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how products or services meet their needs;
-Gather valuable feedback from the customer by using open questions and techniques;
-Deal with objections, promote company and it’s reputation;
-Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role;
-Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone;
-Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems;
-Excellent communication and presentation skills;
-Proficient in German;
-Skilled in negotiation and dealing with various situations;
-Customer obsessed, persistent and results-oriented;
-Patient and able to handle customer objection with high empathy.
