Job description

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant and Developers to help with simple tasks. This role is beginner-friendly and does not require technical expertise.You’ll support founders, managers, and client teams in both Italian and English, ensuring smooth coordination and professional follow-up in every task.This role is fully remote, performance-driven, and ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, clarity, and initiative.Your day-to-day could include:
  • 📅 Managing schedules, meetings, and reminders for company executives
  • 💬 Communicating with Italian-speaking partners, suppliers, or clients
  • ✉️ Handling inbound and outbound email correspondence in Italian & English
  • 🧾 Assisting with admin tasks — reports, research, proposals, and follow-ups
  • 📊 Updating CRM records, Google Sheets, and internal dashboards
  • 🗂️ Coordinating with marketing, HR, or operations teams to keep workflows smooth
  • 🌐 Supporting translation or localization tasks for content or outreach campaigns
  • 💡 Creating SOPs (standard operating procedures) to improve efficiency
You won’t be a “note-taker” — you’ll be a trusted operations partner who keeps projects on track, clients informed, and leadership free to focus on growth.We’ll train you to master:
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet)
  • ClickUp (project management)
  • Slack (communication)
  • HubSpot / Pipedrive (CRM)
  • Notion / Loom (documentation)
  • Zoom / Google Meet (video meetings)
  • Conducting subscription testing to clients
If you’re already familiar with these — awesome. If not, we’ll show you the ropes fast.You’re not just fluent in Italian and English — you’re fluent in getting things done.Must-have skills:
  • Must have used youtube, Netflix  etc
  • Have bybit account
  • Strong English communication (written & spoken)
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Reliable Wi-Fi and availability for video calls
  • Positive, proactive, and comfortable working independently
