About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build, maintain, and scale our ride-hailing platform – including both the mobile app and the web application. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring a seamless experience for riders, drivers, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance applications (web and mobile).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Build and integrate APIs to connect the frontend with backend services and third-party systems (e.g., maps, payment gateways, SMS).
• Implement real-time features like ride tracking, driver location updates, and in-app messaging.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Frontend: Java, kotrin ,React, React Native (for mobile), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API development
• Database: MySQL
• DevOps & Tools: Docker, Git, AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with real-time features using WebSockets or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with geo-location services, mapping APIs (e.g., Google Maps, Mapbox).
• Experience with payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Strong understanding of application security, performance, and scalability.
• Previous experience working on mobile-first or ride-sharing/logistics platforms is a strong plus.

• Experience with GraphQL or microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Flutter (optional but a plus)
• Understanding of push notifications, background services, and offline support
• Agile/Scrum development methodology
