Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the sports betting industry. This role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities to drive growth across B2B partnerships, affiliate channels, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the betting and iGaming sector, with proven experience in strategic sales, negotiation, and partner relationship management.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key markets and channels.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with affiliates, media agencies, platforms, and other stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and onboarding processes with partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure successful partner activation and campaign execution.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to optimize partner performance and ROI.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets set by the leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the betting, iGaming, or online entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of the betting ecosystem including affiliates, platforms, operators, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network in the betting/iGaming industry.
- Experience in launching products in new markets or jurisdictions.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and performance-based partnerships.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
