Job Title: Global Business Executive – Casino and Sports Gaming Platform
Location: Global (with frequent international travel)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Global Business Executive to lead and scale our international operations in the dynamic and highly regulated world of casino and sports gaming platforms. This strategic role requires a seasoned leader who combines deep industry expertise with operational excellence, commercial acumen, and global market insight. You will be responsible for driving business development, forging and maintaining high-value partnerships, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and ensuring the long-term profitability and sustainability of our gaming business across multiple territories.The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record in scaling digital gaming platforms, managing multi-region operations, and driving business success in regulated gaming and sports betting markets.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Global Expansion
- Develop and implement global business strategies to expand the company’s presence across key international markets in both casino and sports betting segments.
- Identify high-growth markets and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs, customer behaviors, and regulatory environments.
- Lead market entry plans, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Business Development & Commercial Growth
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value B2B and B2C partnerships with gaming operators, software vendors, data providers, and sportsbook platforms.
- Build relationships with sports leagues, media partners, and casino content aggregators to expand brand reach and improve customer acquisition.
- Design monetization strategies to optimize user LTV (lifetime value), engagement, and cross-product conversion across gaming verticals.
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all international business units and teams, including sales, marketing, product, customer experience, and finance.
- Define performance metrics and ensure operational alignment with corporate objectives, ROI benchmarks, and growth targets.
- Implement best-in-class systems and processes to streamline multi-region operations and ensure agility in adapting to new markets or regulations.
Regulatory and Compliance Oversight
- Stay abreast of global gaming laws, licensing requirements, and responsible gaming regulations in jurisdictions such as Europe, Africa, North America, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
- Build and lead compliance frameworks that ensure strict adherence to local and international regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with legal teams, lobbyists, and governmental bodies to support licensing efforts and market expansion.
Leadership & Team Building
- Build, lead, and inspire high-performing, multicultural teams across geographies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement aligned with company values and ethics.
- Attract and retain top global talent, ensuring leadership succession and organizational resilience.
Innovation & Market Intelligence
- Keep up with emerging technologies, such as AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and data science, as they apply to gaming and betting experiences.
- Track competitors and market trends to inform strategic pivots, product innovations, and pricing models.
- Drive digital transformation and user experience innovation across product lines and customer segments.
Qualifications:
Experience
- leadership experience, in a senior executive role in casino gaming, sports betting, or online entertainment.
- Track record of building partnerships and driving significant commercial growth in both mature and emerging markets.
Skills & Competencies
- Global Perspective: Deep understanding of international gaming markets, cultural nuances, and geopolitical risk.
- Regulatory Acumen: In-depth knowledge of gambling compliance, AML, KYC, and responsible gaming frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to conceptualize and articulate long-term vision with clear execution roadmaps.
- Financial Expertise: Strong grasp of P&L management, forecasting, and business modeling.

- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital platforms, APIs, iGaming systems, sportsbook engines, and CRM tools.
