Job description
- Conduct thorough manual testing of website features and pages
- Identify, record, and document bugs clearly using our bug tracking tools
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Report usability and user experience issues
- Collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Retest resolved issues and verify fixes
- Provide feedback to improve the quality of our digital platforms
- Previous experience in manual website testing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.)
- Ability to follow test plans and create detailed test cases
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Access to multiple devices and browsers for testing
- Experience with mobile and responsive testing
- Knowledge of accessibility testing standards
- Basic knowledge of automated testing tools
